Second Annual Cattle Drive 5K, May 12, 2018

Join us as we celebrate May as Georgia's Beef Month with our second annual Cattle Drive 5K presented by the Georgia Beef Board and Georgia Cattlemen's Foundation on May 12th, 2018. Beef is one powerful protein filled with zinc, iron, B12 vitamins, ...and of course delicious flavor! Georgia is blessed to have over 15,000 beef cattle producers raising safe and responsible beef and we want you to celebrate this event with us! All proceeds raised will benefit the Georgia Cattlemen's Foundation, a charitable foundation established to educate and build leaders and advocates for the cattle industry and to promote the history and heritage of this industry in Georgia. Join us, we don't want you to miss this!

The 3.1 mile course will start at the Porter Pavilion at Amerson River Park and wind around and through the beautiful paved trails. The course will conclude right back at Porter Pavilion where there will be fresh steak biscuits and t-shirts for all runners. Age division winners will be awarded with great prizes and the overall winners will get a big and beefy prize to be proud of!

We can't wait for you to join us for this fun event for the whole family!
